The Fleeceworks Showhunter Sheepskin Saddle Pad is custom made for the A-Circuit rider and equipped with Fleeceworks Perfect Balance system. The Showhunter is cut to show an even inch of trim around the flap and seat for an ultra traditional look. In addition to the bi-level sheepskin for maximum contact, Visco Elastic front pads lift the saddle off the withers. All inserts sit in pockets in the interior of the pad and are completely invisible from the outside. ** Extras: Visco Elastic Full Inserts can be inserted to provide more protection
for extremely cold-backed horses (not included). Rear Riser inserts can discretely
change the balance point of the saddle (not included).
** Washing: Machine wash in cold water on the gentle cycle with
Leather Therapy’s Leather Wash and Conditioning Rinse. The use of
regular detergent will cause the hide to deteriorate. Normal detergent
is alkaline based, whereas Leather Therapy is water based, and specific
for use on leather.
Dry flat in the shade. Do not dry in full sunlight or expose to a
direct heat source. The leather hide of your pad may constrict slightly
while drying. If this occurs, simply stretch the item while still damp.
Once the pad is dry, brush it out with a wire brush, stiff body
brush or mane and tail brush. This restores the loft and benefits of
the sheepskin.
** Every Day Care: Let your item dry and brush it out with a wire brush, stiff body brush or mane and tail brush.
** Spot Cleaning: Use a waterless horse shampoo to spot clean the item if needed.
