mouth bits are usually single-jointed with a thick, hollow mouthpiece
which spreads out the pressure and makes the bit less severe. These
bits may not fit comfortably in some horses' mouths if they are a
smaller breed with a smaller mouth.The double joint of the french link snaffle helps to reduce pressure on the roof
of the mouth and lessen the nutcracker effect on the lower jaw.The Loose Ring Hollow Mouth Snaffle comes in 4 3/4", 5" and 5 1/2".
