Thia-Cal from Finish Line is a palatable liquid formula that contains 500 mg/oz. of pure thiamine (B1) along with calcium, magnesium, potassium, and chloride. Calcium and magnesium interact with the thiamine to enhance the effectiveness of the B vitamin. Chloride was added to provide an acid/base balance, and potassium helps protect against muscle weakness, nervousness and irritability.
