English Spur Straps are designed to slide through the slots on your spurs and secure the spur strap over your arch and under the sole of your boot just ahead of your heel. Use the spur strap to correctly fasten the spur to your boot so that it sits in the right place for more effective communication by securing either on the spur rest or just under the spur rest, depending on what you are using the spurs for. The buckle and tip should always be on the outside of your boot. If the buckle is to the inside, re-thread your spur straps so the buckle is on the outside.
