Things to avoid
* Do not Tumble dry
* Do not dry on a radiator
* Do not store in plastic bag
* Do not wash with biological washing detergent
* Do not use bleach
* Hot water will damage the sheepskin
Recommended Care Instructions:
The method of washing and drying is basically the same for all sheepskin products which is to keep away from direct sunlight as this will change the texture of the wool as it dries, and there should be no artificial heat as this will produce a similar effect, a nice windy dry day is the best you could hope for.
FYI: White and Grey Horses (and Colored Pads)
The dyes used in the process of coloring sheepskin wool on rare occasion can cause discoloration to skin and special care should be taken with regard to grey or white horses. Use a baby pad underneath until pad is known not to cause discoloration.
